Two Emergency Department and Harley Street doctors, Dr Mohamed Elbiraier and Dr Ripu D Singh, opened Letterkenny Medics in March 2022, Ireland's first multi-purpose private medical, urgent care and aesthetics clinic. This ground-breaking clinic provides comprehensive medical care, ranging from general consultations and minor surgical procedures to specialised cardiac, genetic and gender-specific health screenings. It's open every day of the year and even provides home visits when needed, in a fully equipped VW e-van.

They came to us in January 2024 looking for a website that could capture the full breadth of their services. The brief was clear: everything the clinic offered needed to be easy to find and even easier to book. They also wanted the site to reflect their core values and their ongoing commitment to the community, both now and in the future.

We started with their market positioning, designing a single site that could bring the medical and aesthetics sides of the business together under one roof. The goal throughout was to capture how approachable the clinic is, while making their full range of services quick to locate and simple to book through an integrated Pippo system, so patients can book 24/7. We also built a separate online shop for their aftercare products. The whole build, website and shop, took just five weeks. SEO and medical compliance were built in from day one, and Letterkenny Medics now consistently ranks highly in Google search and AI summaries for the services they offer in Letterkenny.
