After 30 years as a dentist and aesthetics practitioner, Dr Sonya Williams wanted to start her own business providing mobile facial aesthetics services to clients located in the greater Dublin area. Being a health professional her business experience was limited so she asked us for guidance. We were able to provide information and industry contacts that could help her launch her business compliantly.
We build her market positioning around the “home service” concept which appeals to busy professionals, housewives and wedding parties. We designed a neutral professional colour palette with elegant and professional font style all which when combined into her new website provided a clean clinical look. We created all the content included comprehensive treatment pages which detailed who the treatment is for, the medical concerns its addresses, downtime and aftercare with detailed set of FAQ’s. Due to the security concerns involved with home visits we designed and built an online consultation form which enabled a preliminary vetting and allow contact to come from Dr Sonya directly.
