Creagh Aesthetic Distribution Case Study

Creagh Aesthetic Distribution was founded in Cork in May 2014 by Robin and Lynn Creagh and has grown into one of Ireland's leading aesthetic distributors, supplying brands including Dermoaroma (Purasomes, Exosomes), VAION NAD+, Endolift, Stylage and MINT to hundreds of medical aesthetic clinics. Sourcing products from around the world, particularly Korea, they needed a website that would build trust with international suppliers and give new UK and Irish partners the confidence of dealing with a well-established business.

We built and launched their website in just four weeks in December 2024, then added an online wholesale shop in 2025. We created a custom account application form accessible from their website that had a built-in approval process. Once the necessary information had been submitted by them and approval given by Robin, the form automatically opened an account for the new customer in the shop. Because pricing is commercially sensitive and cannot be disclosed to unapproved site visitors we wrote custom code so prices are only visible to approved stockists once they've logged in. Creagh's tiered discount structure, designed to reward larger orders, was unique to their business and couldn't be handled by standard e-commerce platforms, so we developed a bespoke discount engine hosted on an external platform. It calculates each discount in real time and feeds the updated price back to the shop while the customer is still at checkout, giving Creagh a secure wholesale operation that works exactly the way their business does.
