Aesthetic Doctors Clinic Website Case Study

Dr Siobhan and Dr Evelyn both work full-time as HSE dental practitioners and set out to build a part-time aesthetic clinic running at weekends in Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath. They'd put together their own logo and had a website built by a friend, but neither was bringing in bookings, and they weren't showing up online for the services they actually offered.

We rebuilt their brand and website from the ground up: professional, medical-grade branding that reflected their clinical background and positioned them for the right clients, paired with SEO-optimised website content and design compliant with ASA advertising guidelines that gave them the trust signals they'd been missing. New bookings started arriving within days of launch. They were pleased enough to reinvest, adding an educational blog and a custom AI agent, Clara, trained to answer patient queries and treatment questions around the clock. Because Siobhan and Evelyn are only free to see patients at weekends, Clara handles enquiries through the week and feeds bookings straight into their diary, so they come home from their HSE shifts to a calendar that's already filling up for the weekend.
